C.G.E. Corp is an abandoned factory located at the western edge of the abandoned town, west of Riverside. The factory is seemingly abandoned and does not offer much in loot other than some office supplies and a small amount of factory loot.
Layout
C.G.E. Corp is made of 2 buildings with 3 floors, connected at the second floor with a bridge. The factory sports 3 empty warehouse rooms, 4 bathrooms, 11 office rooms, 3 maintenance closets, a generator room, a break room, and an old elevator. The first floor consists of a large open area, with little to no containers in the area. along with a small basement at the back. There is also a broken elevator, some restrooms, an office, a boiler room, and a storage room. The second floor has an observatory room, a catwalk, and one small office. However, this floor has a skybridge on the easternmost end, connecting the main building to a warehouse. On the third and final floor, there is a small cafeteria, some offices, and a storage room.
Safehouse
C.G.E. Corp can turn into an interesting safe house with some tidying up.

Trivia
- Due to the state of the abandoned town C.G.E. Corp resides in, it's very possible the town was a job town, where all the residents in the town lived next to their workplace. However, one day C.G.E. Corp shut down, which resulted in all the population leaving.
- The C.G.E. Corp factory was established in 1961 until it's shut-down, likely in 1980.
- Name of the business is likely a reference to the CGEmpire website that had helped The Indie Stone developers in the past.
- Waverly Hills Sanatorium closed its doors in 1961 a year before C.G.E. Corp opened.
- While unconfirmed it is possible that C.G.E. Corp is somehow related to McCoy Logging Co. due to McCoy Logging Co. being the only business interested in the area.
