A good source of alcohol early-game, being one of the three liquor spawns within Muldraugh (excluding residential homes). As well as being one of the two liquor spawns within Riverside. The place in Muldraugh appears to be run-down with little to no maintenance. It is better off in Louisville and Riverside however, the two appear in better shape and the two locations mentioned are similar.

Strategy

Within Muldraugh, the Liquorty-Split could effectively be considered useless when used as a base location, it is run down (can be refurbished, but not worth the hassle). The long shelving units on the FAR RIGHT can not be picked up, the windows can not be replaced, only fortified. It is close to two gas stations.

Although, in Riverside and Louisville, the place could be fortified up more easily, it is well maintained, has additional shelving at the back for storage and has a good amount of fridges to store perishables early-game before the power shuts off, although there are still some cons to this place, the windows are unable to be replaced if they do break. Also, it is very close to gas stations, such as the one near GigaMart in Louisville, and being a short walk from Spiffo's in Riverside.
