Cortman Medical contains a massive amount of medical supplies, including uncommon supplies such as antibiotics, suture needles, and suture needle holders. If the player has the doctor occupation, Cortman Medical is a potential spawn point. The building has two floors, the first floor is the doctor's office, while the second floor is an apartment containing a microwave, making it a useful place to hunker down and heal up if needed.

Strategy

Cortman Medical is often cited as one of the best locations for a base, as it is close to the two-story houses, has two floors, plenty of medical supplies, a bedroom, a bathroom, a television, and a kitchen. However, there is often a significant zombie presence nearby. It is usually locked and alarmed, so caution is recommended when breaking in.

Location

Cortman Medical is directly east from a grocery store and north of the two-story neighborhood. It is the only medical (pink) building on the Muldraugh map.
