Interior

The interior of the clinic is composed of two floors. The first floor contains the reception area, an office, the examination room, and the storage room, which contains large amounts of medical supplies and medical-themed clothing.

The second floor is composed of an apartment space, complete with a kitchen, TV, and separate bedroom.

Safehouse potential

Cortman Medical can make for an excellent safehouse, but there are some drawbacks to consider.

Pros	Cons
Low zombie population compared to the surrounding area. Staircase can be destroyed with a sledgehammer to secure the upper floor. A tall fence secures the back side of the building, making securing the perimeter easier. Small size makes fortifying easier. Central location is convenient.	May be too small for groups of three or more. Small size poses challenges for storing large quantities of loot. Cramped nature of the building can spell disaster if zombies make it inside. Sledgehammer is required to ensure safety.

Trivia

Cortman Medical is the only medical building in all of Muldraugh, and thus the only reliable source of medical supplies.
