The main entrance is on the southern side of the building next to a parking lot. An additional back entrance is located on the western side of the building. The southern wall of the building is mostly made of glass wall. The eastern end of the surrounding property is enclosed in a half-height metal fence.
 
The store consists of a main room with several counters with rental videos on display and a small storage area with access to a bathroom.

It shares building with a window store called [[Window (business)|Window]], a [[Kegsplosion]] liquor store, an empty store area under construction, an unnamed office area, and an unnamed clothing store. The building itself is part of a small strip mall that also features a [[Knox Bank]] branch and a [[Dotty 4 Donuts]] donut restaurant.

As part of a small strip mall the store is neighbouring an [[American Eats]], [[Yuri Design]], an empty store, and [[Hair O Genesis]]. The swimming hall [[Eden's Assis]] is on the other side of the street to the south, [[Louisville Boat Club]] is adjacent to the northern end of the building.
