OSCC '92 is a unique VHS providing some lore.

Usage

The VHS can be used with an appropriate television to play the dialog of a recording from a Stock Car race that took place in 1992 in the universe of PZ

The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.
