Berries
Items in the Berries category are available year-round and can be found at any skill level. They are more common from the beginning of May through the end of July and less common from the beginning of March through the end of April. Blackberries, Blueberries, Winter Berries and Beauty Berries are never poisonous. Holly Berries are always poisonous. All Generic Berries have a chance to be poisonous based off skill level. Reading The Herbalist or taking the Herbalist trait allows the player to see in-game whether or not a berry is poisonous. 1 to 4 berries can be found at once.
Mushrooms
Items in the Mushrooms category are available from the beginning of March through the end of November and can be found at any skill level, in all zones. They are more common from the beginning of August through the end of October and less common from the beginning of March through the end of April. All mushrooms have a chance to be poisonous based off skill level. Reading The Herbalist or taking the Herbalist trait allows the player to see in-game whether or not a mushroom is poisonous. Mushrooms can be found in bunches of 1 to 3.
