The military helmet completely protects the wearer's head from scratches and bites. The helmet has a very low chance of being knocked off of the wearer when they're attacked. Military helmets provide a minor amount of insulation and water resistance.

Military helmets can commonly be found on soldier zombies. Soldier zombies can usually be found at the secret government facility located in the woods outside of Rosewood and in the Louisville border camp in the south of Louisville and right where the entrance to Louisville is.
