Moley has no use, being added purely for the purpose of clutter or collectibility, creating more realism for the player when looting.

Foraging

There is an extremely small chance to find a Moley while foraging. All stuffed toys are an “epic” rarity spawn, the second most uncommon type of forageable item. As the foraging loot tables are quite large, foraging for plushies is technically possible, but not recommended.

Trivia

Moley is the only item in the game to use the custom category of “Mole”.
