Overview

The player can reduce boredom by -5 for each line of dialog when in the vicinity of a television playing the VHS.

The VHS can be used with an appropriate television to play the dialog of a recording from a Stock Car race that took place in 1992 in the universe of Project Zomboid. There are two commentators presenting the race.
